I was eager to visit the Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery, as I have a keen interest in art and history. The Scc was ideally located for this purpose, making my trip seamless. I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk service; they were helpful, ensuring my luggage was securely stored while I explored the city. I appreciated the free tea bags and instant coffee available, which made my mornings much more enjoyable.
Check-in took a bit longer than expected.

I had fairly quiet, attractive room with a fairly clean bathroom. Location: the hotel was next to public transport and so many shops and restaurants. Had lunch/dinner at Kedai Kopi Mee Bon, which I found just a pleasant stroll away from the property...

The air conditioning in my room was broken, and I was sweating all night. Plus, there was a horrible smell throughout the hallways. I couldn't relax at all-it completely ruined my stay. Definitely not coming back here!

The food was FABULOUS - lots of options. The room turned out to be light and decent sized with a shower, aircon, for example. Marvellous and strategic location in KL Sentul Barat neighborhood, met requirements.

I had a wonderful stay at SCC Hotel City Centre in Kuala Lumpur with my 5-year-old daughter. The room was clean with white sheets and towels, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Despite some concerns about the elevator and check-in mishap, the friendly staff and the relaxing garden area made our visit enjoyable. The hotel’s proximity to attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers and 99 Wonderland Park allowed for nice family bonding experiences.

I had a lovely romantic escape here! The location was super convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious, super clean, and had a nice AC to keep us comfy. Being able to enjoy a private bath was a big plus, too!
We were disturbed late at night by someone knocking on our door, which really killed the vibe. the noise from other guests was a bit too loud at times. Lastly, the cleaning staff came in too early, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

During my recent business trip to Kuala Lumpur, I had the opportunity to stay at the Scc Hotel City Centre, which was chosen by my director. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to key meetings and nearby attractions. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, and the provided kettle with tea bags was a nice touch for a quick refreshment during busy workdays. the cable TV featured international movie channels, which offered a good way to unwind after a long day. The staff at the hotel, especially one dedicated person at the Copy Center, were helpful when required, which slightly enhanced my overall experience.
Room quality is declining.

Clean rooms, crisp sheets, and towels. Helpful and polite staff, especially Mr Low. Convenient location near MRT and restaurants. Good air-conditioning and hot water. Spacious lobby for a budget hotel. Great value for money.
